Tired All Day, Awake All Night.

Hello beautifuls! After many months of waiting to come back to the states we have finally made it to the sunshine state, and I couldn’t be any happier. I sure didn’t like I was for the first couple of days, the jet lag was something serious and it didn’t help that I did this trip by myself with a toddler. Thank goodness my little squishy was well behaved and had his own seat. Jason had no problem falling asleep on the plane, as for myself, or so much. I don’t know how some people can fall asleep on an airplane, for me it’s the most uncomfortable place to sleep.

Now, we are finally on the right time and caught up on our sleep. But, you best believe the jet lag didn’t stop me from shopping and going into the red bullseye called, Target. I will do a haul post soon. It just feels so good to fit in clothes and have people understand what you are asking for. Not to mention getting my favorite Starbucks drink that Japan doesn’t have. I’ve gone to Starbucks about a good 10 times in the week and half that I’ve been here. No regrets! There’s so many places I want to go see and so many places I want to go shop. So far I’ve been to Target about three times, PINK (mama needed some new undies & bras), ULTA, Sephora, the Disney store, and good ol Walmart. I will definitely keep y’all posted with all the fun stuff that is yet to come.

Happy Mother’s Day.

Happy Mother’s Day beautiful! I hope you all have an amazing day and are spoiled on this special day. May you get beautiful flowers, an extra 30 minutes of sleep, or maybe not changing some diapers for one day. I don’t know about you but, not changing a few diapers is a great gift to me. As, my Mother’s Day comes to end here in Japan, most of you mommy’s are now getting up to breakfast in bed (I’m hoping) or sleeping in. But, I was giving the best Mother’s Day gift ever! No it wasn’t anything materialistic, we didn’t even go out to a nice brunch or dinner. We stayed home, I got to sleep in a bit, got my house cleaned (to my standards), got a break from wrestling a toddler in order to change a diaper, I got a back massage without complaining and whining, and finally got to eat some yummy food from the comfort of my own home in my sweats. It was a great Mother’s Day for this mommy. I am truly blessed to have such a great husband and such sweet babies. My baby boy makes me feel like the luckiest mommy in the world, if I knew I was going to get lucky with such a great baby the second time I would get on it in a heartbeat, but for now I’m happy with my sweet squishy bear and fur baby. Jason seriously makes being a mommy a piece of cake, with the occasional meltdown but, hey he’s a toddler. He is the most amazing little human ever, we had a bit of struggle the first few weeks after we was born, but after that he was smooth sailing. He is such a great sleeper since he was an infant, he didn’t turn into a little butthole when he was teething. I thought for sure he was going to struggle when transitioning from sleeping with me to his crib at nine months, but no, he was a pro, since the first night we put him in his crib he has not want to sleep with us. Which makes me a little sad, cause I just want to cuddle him at night, he’s just Mr. Independent now. Then, came taking away the binky and bottle and transition to a sippy cup a little after he turned one. I thought for sure that was going to be tough, and yet again he was unphased. We really got lucky with this little guy and not to mention with our fluffikins Lucas. He’s the best dog we could have ever asked for. Like I said he makes being a mommy a piece of cake. I’m truly blessed to be a mom and a fur mom.

April Favorite’s.

Hello My Beautifuls! It’s crazy how the month of April is already gone! I feel like I just posted my March favorites. Do you think these months are flying by? I guess it is a good thing for me, I’m so close to going back home and spending time with my family and friends. I’m so excited, I have already started packing! But, now on to my April favorites, there isn’t a lot, but I just had to share these awesome items.

Since I have gotten my Louis Vuitton key holder, I can’t ever go back to a key chain. It has really changed my life. Well, it’s mainly changed the fact that I’m no longer running around the house like a mad women looking for my keys. Now, that I have found my new obsession, I couldn’t pass up on this key holder. This is a 6 ring key holder from Coach and collaboration with Disney! This couldn’t be a better collab. It’s big enough that I can put my I.D and credit cards when I need to go out for a quick errand and most importantly is has Mickey Mouse on it. So freaking cute! I could only find it on eBay, so if you’re interested in getting one of these just go on to eBay.

Now, this is something that I have been wanting for the longest time. It being the Louis Vuitton Pochette Accessoires. I was able to find this for a steal at one of the many preloved stores here in Japan. It was the same store I bought my LV key holder. I was extra excited to find this one because it is different from the ones in store now, so in some way it is a vintage piece. It was in such great condition and I got it for $100! I wanted to make a cross-body so I bought a non-brand leather strap, and I AM OBSESSED! This little baby is coming with me to my trip to Florida for sure. I mean look how gorgeous it is!

I have talked about this item on my last post Florida Packing List. This was a gift from the best Easter bunny ever, it came with some chocolates, but those are long gone. I love to take pictures, I love looking back at them and remembering that memory and smiling. I grew up with a camera in my face and my uncle recording everything. So, I can’t help to do the same. I love the HP Sprocket printer, it prints my pictures instantly and unlike my Fujifilm camera, I can choose what picture I want to print and not risk the chance of wasting film. On top of being able to print my pictures instantly, the paper is a sticker! I can put these pictures anywhere. And believe me they are everywhere, they are mostly of my cute toddler. I highly recommend this little gadget.

My last item for my April favorites are these two mugs from the You Are Here Starbucks collection, my amazing husband so kindly picked up for me when he was at a training in Hawaii. The smaller mug he picked up at a Starbucks in the airport in Fukuoka in Japan. The Hawaii mug has to be by far my favorite mug I own. It is the cutest mug ever, the colors are everything and the little drawing on the mug make me want to go to Hawaii so bad. I seriously have the best hubby ever!
