Favorite Fall Outfits.

Hello beautifuls! Hope y’all had a great Thanksgiving with family and friends. We had a not so traditional Thanksgivings here in Japan. We were feeling a little down this year, it’s not easy being away from family around the holidays and I think this year it really hit us hard. We only have a year and a half left and it can’t come fast enough. So, for our Thanksgiving we went to Hiroshima and did a little shopping and ate out at a restaurant we’ve gone once before. It wasn’t the traditional thing to do, either way we had a good time and all that mattered was that we were together.

Now, that thanksgiving is over, we are fast approaching my favorite holiday of all, Christmas! In my home Christmas arrived the day after Halloween, meaning my decorations have been up since the first of November. There are still some thing I’m waiting for to come in and once they come in I’ll be doing a post on decorating for Christmas. Since, fall is over, well for me any. Haha. I wanted to show y’all some of my favorite fall outfits.

At the beginning of this year one of my goals was to step up my wardrobe and somewhat step out of my comfort zone. So, far I’ve been happy with my wardrobe, I can only hope that it will get better! Let’s get onto the outfits, shall we.

The first outfit is a purple tunic from forever21 with my Lily Pulitzer cardigan paired with basic black leggings and burgundy booties. Simple, yet cute.

Next outfit is one of my more comfortable outfits and a matching one with my squishy face. It was cute and comfy for our trip to the zoo. My rust color jacket is from target and wore some burgundy pants from the MCX and of course, what is comfort without uggs?

The following outfit is probably one of my favorite ones, ever! I have been seeing the animal print trend going around and I was scared on trying it but, I took the jump and went for it. No regrets! I absolutely love this look. All the pieces besides the top are from target, including my heels.

My last look was my thanksgiving outfit. Besides the previous look this one is also one of favs. Again, my coat is from target, the sweater is from a Japanese store called GU, the skirt is from forever21 and my booties from the MCX.

That’s all for my favorite fall looks. See y’all soon on my next blog!

August/September Favorites.

Hello beautifuls! Today I will be talking about my August favorites, I know it’s already the middle of September, but ya girl has been a bit busy. Let me fill y’all in on what is happening in my beautiful life as a wife, mommy, employee, and student, again. Yes, I have started school again, I took a break last semester and now I’m back to torturing myself. I keep telling myself it will be worth it in the end. Unlike, last semester I was doing my general studies and getting all my prerequisite credits done, but, this time I will be doing a program that gives me a little more of an understanding of the field I will hopefully be in once I am done with all my general studies. It also gives me a certification that can help me find a job when we go back to then states. So far, it has been easy, but I’m sure it will get harder the more I get into my program. On top of getting school work done, I have been making my squishy face a big boy room. I’ve been doing some DIY decor for his room, I will do a post about it and show you how cute it turned out, I’m really happy how it turned out. Now, lets get onto the goodies.

My first favorite is a new fragrance I picked up, it is a different scent from my Chanel Chance. A few months ago Tiffany an Co. came out with a perfume and I have been dying to get my hands on it and I’m so happy I finally did. It is a fresh and light sort of scent. It smells amazing and the packaging is beautiful.

These next two favorites are my recent makeup favorites. I know, only two makeup item, who am I? When I was back home in the states I was trying to find a new foundation, for a while I was using the BECCA and Too Faced foundations. After, going to Sephora a thousand times and getting samples of all the good foundations, I finally found a good one. If you’re in the market for new foundation I highly suggest trying out NARS foundation, a little goes a long way and it is full coverage. It applies amazing and it doesn’t make me look caked and above all else, it is the perfect color match. The one struggle I had with all the other foundations were some had pink undertones or too much of a yellow undertone, I have more of a natural undertone. The last makeup favorite is the famous Jaclyn Hill Palette. It is a beautiful palette, it has all the colors you need to create different eye looks in just one palette. This being the reason why I haven’t been reaching for my other eyeshadows as much.

Moving onto some jewelry, a girl can never have to much jewelry. The first piece are rose gold earrings for Henri Bendel, they are so cute and comfortable, and the best part is I got them on SALE. Actually, the next two pieces I got on sale as well. These pieces are from Ted Baker, their pieces are totally my esthetics. How beautiful are these matching bracelet and earrings, both are rose gold with a light pink enamel.

And last, but surely not least is my Louis Vuitton Speedy 30. I bought this a couple months back and it was preloved. The handles and trimming were in bad shape, so for our anniversary my amazing husband sent off my bag to get new leather and handles. It takes a while for Louis Vuitton to get the leather fixed so, by the time I got back from the states my bag was ready. Now, it looks like a brand new bag. I love it so much, it’s absolutely beautiful. The best part is even with fixing the leather and such I still paid half of what I would have paid for a brand new one. Isn’t gorgeous?

That’s the last of my August/September favorites. Sorry I have been absent for a while but, I will hopefully get it together.

April Favorite’s.

img_7497

Hello My Beautifuls! It’s crazy how the month of April is already gone! I feel like I just posted my March favorites. Do you think these months are flying by? I guess it is a good thing for me, I’m so close to going back home and spending time with my family and friends. I’m so excited, I have already started packing! But, now on to my April favorites, there isn’t a lot, but I just had to share these awesome items.

Since I have gotten my Louis Vuitton key holder, I can’t ever go back to a key chain. It has really changed my life. Well, it’s mainly changed the fact that I’m no longer running around the house like a mad women looking for my keys. Now, that I have found my new obsession, I couldn’t pass up on this key holder. This is a 6 ring key holder from Coach and collaboration with Disney! This couldn’t be a better collab. It’s big enough that I can put my I.D and credit cards when I need to go out for a quick errand and most importantly is has Mickey Mouse on it. So freaking cute! I could only find it on eBay, so if you’re interested in getting one of these just go on to eBay.

Now, this is something that I have been wanting for the longest time. It being the Louis Vuitton Pochette Accessoires. I was able to find this for a steal at one of the many preloved stores here in Japan. It was the same store I bought my LV key holder. I was extra excited to find this one because it is different from the ones in store now, so in some way it is a vintage piece. It was in such great condition and I got it for $100! I wanted to make a cross-body so I bought a non-brand leather strap, and I AM OBSESSED! This little baby is coming with me to my trip to Florida for sure. I mean look how gorgeous it is!

I have talked about this item on my last post Florida Packing List. This was a gift from the best Easter bunny ever, it came with some chocolates, but those are long gone. I love to take pictures, I love looking back at them and remembering that memory and smiling. I grew up with a camera in my face and my uncle recording everything. So, I can’t help to do the same. I love the HP Sprocket printer, it prints my pictures instantly and unlike my Fujifilm camera, I can choose what picture I want to print and not risk the chance of wasting film. On top of being able to print my pictures instantly, the paper is a sticker! I can put these pictures anywhere. And believe me they are everywhere, they are mostly of my cute toddler. I highly recommend this little gadget.

My last item for my April favorites are these two mugs from the You Are Here Starbucks collection, my amazing husband so kindly picked up for me when he was at a training in Hawaii. The smaller mug he picked up at a Starbucks in the airport in Fukuoka in Japan. The Hawaii mug has to be by far my favorite mug I own. It is the cutest mug ever, the colors are everything and the little drawing on the mug make me want to go to Hawaii so bad. I seriously have the best hubby ever!

Favorite TV Shows.

Hello my Beautifuls! I hope you all are doing fantastic! We are half way done with the week! Yasss! Well, for me my work week just started. Have I mentioned I absolutely love my job. If I didn’t, know you now. The only reason I look forward to the actual weekend is to spend time with my handsome hubby and to get a little break from changing a few diapers.

Having such a long weekend and being on a break from school means I have some extra time to watch my favorite shows, obviously when I’m not watching Moana or Coco for the thousandth time. But, when my little squishy goes to down a for a nap I have an hour to two hours of having the tv to myself. It’s awesome. I’ve obviously watched gossip girl about a million times, but I mean it’s gossip girl! Who can get tired of seeing Blair and Chucks become relationship goals. Since I have watching gossip girl so many times I thought it was time to branch out and find new shows. My guilty pleasure are reality shows, this being said my all time favs are Housewives of Beverly Hills and Keeping up with the Kardashian’s. I can get sucked into these shows so fast it’s crazy.

Besides reality shows, I have a deep love for crime shows such as criminal minds and CSI: Miami. At this moment, my husband and I are binge watching NCIS in Netflix. It’s about the only show we both like and can watch together. Unlike criminal minds and CSI, NCIS solves crimes within the navy and marine corps. It is insane, this show has me really roped in. If y’all are into crime shows. I highly recommend this show.

And lastly my recent favorite show called American Housewife. Y’all this is the most funniest and realistic view into being mother. If y’all want a good laugh and are tired of seeing all these perfect mommy’s, this is the show for you. It is okay to be an okay mom sometimes. We have bad days. We can’t always be perfect and have the perfect life. I’m so happy that they have a show that presents a family that is normal and is proud of not being a stick figure mom who looks good in white jeans. (She makes fun of moms that wear white jeans in the show.) I highly recommend this show as well. You can watch all the episodes on Hulu.

March Favorites!

Hello My Beautifuls! I hope you all had a great Easter weekend! It was a gorgeous one here in Japan! The cherry blossoms are in full bloom and the weather is finally getting warmer. Thank God! Personally, I was over this winter. One of the reasons why is because, school was finally over… until the fall of course. I’m so ready for some spring and summer fun. Who is ready for some summer fun?

It has been a good minute since I’ve posted my interview with the Nette sisters. If you would like to go check it out go ahead and click on the link Sassy Sister’s. I’ve been awful with my posting schedule, but now that school is out, I hope I can get back on track. But, enough with my whining let’s get into the fun stuff!

Today, I’ll be bringing you my March favorites. I have everything from luxury, beauty, and home décor. I have been quite spoiled this month, thanks to my amazing and loving husband. He spoils me rotten that’s for sure. The first goodie I’ll be talking about was a little something from my hubby. I’ve had this on my wish list for a while, it being my Rosalie coin purse. I now have matching wallet for my Neverfull. It’s so freaking cute, it’s even hot stamped with my initials , I absolutely love it. I just love small wallets.

My second favorite has to do with my Neverfull bag, it is an organizer. I love my Neverfull, but it can get pretty packed, its in the name itself, Neverfull. This organizer has been a life saver. Thanks to my manager, who is the one that brought it to my attention. Not only does it keep my bag organized but it also protects my bag from getting dirty. Being a mommy a lot goes in my bag, whether I like it or not, so this organizer gives me peace of mind. You can find this pink organizer on Amazon.

Now on to some beauty favorites. I don’t have a lot of beauty favorites this month, but these are the few I have been wearing everyday in the month of March. The two lippie products are both from L’Oréal one is a pinky nude lipstick and the other is a pretty pink gloss. I wear them alone and together, either way they both look so pretty.

The last two beauty products are nail polishes. If y’all can’t tell by now I love pink and glitter. So, these nail polishes tie my two favorite things together.

lrg_dsc03722

And lastly, home décor. I have never had a table setting, but my manager is redoing her house and she inspired me to make my house look cute. My coworker and her were very generous to gift me the place mats, plates, the napkins, and some pretty kitchen towels to make my table look amazing. I got the napkin holders and matching salt and pepper shakers at the store on base. I’m obsessed! Thanks to the dollar store on crack here in Japan, I was able to get some things to make this flower holder. Yes, the flowers in there are fake. I can’t keep plants alive if my life depended on it, it’s very sad. But, I think it looks amazing either way.  I mean look how beautiful it looks!

February Favorite & Giveaway.

Hey there gorgeous! Can y’all believe we are a week away to the end of this short month. So, today I will be talking my new monthly favorites, along with a GIVEAWAY! I’m so excited to be doing my first giveaway on my blog. Shopping is my favorite thing to do, so doing a giveaway gives me a reason to do so. Lol. SHH, don’t tell my hubby. Well, we are going to start of my favorites with something I got last weekend and has made my life so much easier and has prevented me from always loosing my keys. I am talking about my handy-dandy Louis Vuitton 4 Key Holder, this is seriously a game changer.

LRG_DSC03440

My following favorite are two pieces of jewelry I bought at this cute Japanese boutique. These pieces are very dainty and beautiful. They are rose gold, my favorite metal. I can wear the most simplest outfit and it can be pulled together with these pieces. The necklace has a small pearl with a tiny diamond, super pretty. The earrings are everything, the pearl goes under the ear and it is held by the tiny diamond, they absolutely gorgeous.

Now, onto my beauty favorites. I have not changed much in my makeup routine, so I do not have many beauty products this month. So, it has been really cold in Japan and I’ve had a cold, so needless to say my lips and hands have been through some rough times. I love a liquid lip, but they are really drying. These two sets from the body shop, have helped my poor chapped lips and dry hands. I mean they have been on the struggle bus. Not only do they work great but they smell amazing! I got one in mango and strawberry,  The NYX soft matte lip creams have been my holy grail this month, it still gives a matte lip without being too drying and being uncomfortable on the lips. Not to mention how affordable they are. These two lippies in Abu Dhabi and Cannes have been my most used.

I have been wanting to find a new scent, my ride or die perfume is Chanel Chance EAU VIVE. I love it, but I’ve been wanting to grow my perfume collection. So, I bought the YSL Black Opium in a travel size. I didn’t want to buy a full bottle, it’s not the same when you spritz a little in the store. I wanted to try it out and wore it through out the day. I am in LOVE with this scent, it smells sweet, but a little goes a long way. If you’re into sweet-smelling perfumes, this one is a hit in my book. DSC03518

These last two items are my favorite things to buy, which are tumblers and stationary. I can’t have enough mugs, water bottles, and tumblers. It’s an addiction. Who else has the same addiction? I can’t be the only one. This Kate Spade tumbler is so cute and girly. It makes drinking water a lot easier, but its most likely sweet tea in it. Lol. My other addiction is stationary and being in the country that is all about stationary, makes it a lot harder to stop. My favorite season is coming up, which is cherry blossom season. So, I had to buy this cute cherry blossom notepad. Its pink and pretty, it can’t get better than that.

January Favorites.

Hello beautifuls! As the first month of the new year comes to an end I want to talk about my January favorites, from books to makeup. Most of these products I have had for a couples months, but I have fallen in love with these products in the month of January.

First, I’m going to mention my favorite book of the moment. This book brings me back to middle school/ high school days. I would read these books all the time. I was at the MCX (store on base) and I found this book and I had to buy it. The stories are full of love and lessons, they are so beautiful. They had different ones, but I chose this one because I am so grateful for my mommy and being so far from her makes miss her so much. I am no longer a two-hour airplane ride from her. I read this after I’m done with my daily devotional and praying. Favorite book this month for sure.

DSC03112

Having so much do this upcoming month, my Lilly Pulitzer agenda has been my best friend. Every line is filled. I have a horrible memory and forget things in 2.5 seconds, so writing things done really help me. With school and a new job, I need to write down my due dates for assignments and write the days and hours I work. I also find it super relaxing to decorate and plan my days. I’m obsessed with stationary, whether it post its, thank you cards, stickers, stamps, you name it and I can’t get enough of it. Here in Japan, stationary and planner decorating is a big thing. Every time I go to Daiso or Seria ( I have a post about these stores, Shopping in Japan.) I always end up leaving with cute stationary. I have about a thousands post its and notebooks. My washi tape collections is growing for sure, I mean who can pass up cute stationary for a $1! I love how small it is and I’m to take it with me, which I do.

DSC03117

Now on to the one piece of jewelry I wear all the time. It does not matter if I’m wearing gold or not. I am seriously obsessed with my Tiffany & Co. necklace I got for Christmas. It one piece that I never leave the house with out, besides my engagement ring.

IMG_5693

For makeup there hasn’t been much of a change since the my favorite beauty products. The only thing that has changed is my go-to bronzer and blush and primer. But, I also still included the products I always use and are my ride or die products. I’ve had the NARS bronzer and blush for a while, but it wasn’t until recently that I have fallen in love with it. The bronzer makes your skin glow and the blush is kind of sheen, shimmer blush, which is my favorite kind of blush. It also saves me time, its two in one. The new primer is Smashbox Primerizer, holy primer! This thing is magic, it makes my face hydrated and flawless. It does an amazing job filling in your pores and giving the face an airbrushed look. Absolute fav!

In 2017, I was starting to get into skin care. I got the Clarisonic Mia in December, and it totally changed the game on how I was my face. While it exfoliates and cleans your skin, it gives you a nice massage on your face. It helps get off every drop of make up that is on my face. The exfoliate I like to use is the Micro-delivery Exfoliating Wash, it is gentle enough to use twice a day. I use in the morning when I wake up and at night before going to sleep. After, I wash my face in the morning I have been using the origins Eye brightening cream. I have really bad dark circles and this has helped a lot in month I have been using it. I also, moisterize with the TATCHA water cream. It is so hydrating and makes my face feel like a baby’s bottom. It is worth every penny, for sure.

Last, but not least, my favorite perfume. Just like skin care I didn’t start getting into perfumes until 2017. I would only use body spray and lotion. But, this is a new love. I have three other perfumes, but the one I reach to more often is my Chanel Chance. It smells so amazing. It has a very girly and sweet scent to it. It is my absolute favorite. DSC03099

I hope you all enjoyed my January Favorites, Let me know if any of these products are your favorite too. Also, let me know what your favorites are.
