Clothes And Accessories Haul.

Hello, Beautifuls!!!! How have y’all been? Your girl has been eating, tanning, and shopping! It’s been a great vacation so far. I’ve been in Florida for about a month now and have only a month left until I head back to good ol’ Japan. Since, I’ve been here I’ve been shopping a bit, if you would like to see what new makeup I bought you can check out my last post. This time I’m going to share some of the clothes and accessories I’ve accumulated since I’ve been here, it hasn’t been all in one trip and some have been bought for me by my mom or my baby brothers. I will also share some of the stuff Jason has gotten in another blog.

We’ll start off with some accessories, one of favorites is a ring my sweet baby brother bought me. It’s from pandora and it’s soo flipping pretty!!! I mean look at it!

The next accessories are a bit more affordable. I love my luxury items, but what I love even more is a good sale! Who doesn’t? I have no shame in telling you I got this on sale. I’ve been obsessed with headbands for a couple months now and I found this cute champagne glittery headband for $3! It’s so me! My other favorite purchase was the Mickey Mouse phone case, I love Mickey and I love phone cases so, I couldn’t pass it up especially for $2.

The final accessory is a cute square handbag I found at Ross for $10. It’s a blush and cream color with a gold chain. It’s small but, it can hold a lot.

This is not much of an accessory, but it’s another gift from my baby brother. It’s a Minnie Mouse iPad case, so cute!

Now moving onto clothes! My mom bought me these pieces from American Eagle, my favorite season is fall and I this outfit screams fall to me. Yes, I’m already thinking about fall, summer isn’t really my jam so, I’m ready for cozy crisp days. The skirt also gives my clueless vibes, on of my favorite movies!

The other piece my madre bought was another skirt. I will wear skirts and dresses all year long, nothing some knee high boots can make cozy and warm.

I also found this cute ivory colored dress on sale for $20 in American Eagle. It’s always a good time when you find something super cute on sale!

These next two dresses I found on sale as well at Abercrombie and Fitch. I’m telling y’all I love me some sales. Both dresses were $20, one is a yellow lace dress, super cute for the summer time. The second dress is a cute wrap dress, I can’t wait to wear it in the fall but, can also be worn in the summer.

These three items are from different places. The green romper is from Walmart, it’s so soft and comfortable and it was only $13! Walmart is really stepping up their clothes game. The off the shoulder shirt is from a little boutique and the shorts are from Old Navy.

Lastly, I want to show y’all the red vans my other baby brother bought me. Lately, I’ve been loving the color red, they look so cute with some shorts or jeans and a tee for a casual day.

Thank you for reading! Hope y’all enjoyed my haul!

New Makeup? Yes, Please!!!

Hello Beautifuls! I’m in Florida and I guess you can say I’m finally rested and up to writing a blog. We got here about three weeks ago, and in those weeks I have really been getting my shopping and eating on. On top of my “treat yo self” attitude, My baby brothers have been spoiling us too. They are the cutest!

I’ll be sharing the new makeup I’ve gotten today. I’ll do another post of the clothes and accessories! Yes, they have to be divided into two. I’m telling ya, my “treat yo self” motto has been going hard here. Since, I’ve slowly been purchasing these item, I didn’t notice how much I’ve accumulated until now. Good thing I didn’t bring that much makeup with me this time.

Only one of the products I bought was a replacement and that was the tarte shapetape concealer. That is my ride or die concealer. I’ve been using it for quite some time now. If you haven’t given it a try I suggest y’all head to an Ulta and give it a go.

Besides the tarte shapetape, I also purchased a tarte primer, this is the first time I’m trying this primer and so far I love it. I hate the super matte, dry makeup look and about all the primers I’ve had before do just that. Since, it’s summer I wanted a more glowy look and the tarte base tape is a hydrating primer and it gives me a great moisturizing feel and leaves my skin glowing. It’s a new fav for sure.

Another primer I got to give it a try is more on the affordable side. It’s the infamous elf poreless putty primer, it is told that it’s a dupe for the more high end tatcha silk canvas primer. Which is another primer I wanted to test out but, didn’t really want to spend fifty something dollars on it. This dupe is only $8 and you can’t beat that. According, to Jeffree Star it’s does the same job as the tatcha one. I haven’t been able to give it a try since I’m so attached to the tarte one. But, I’ll give it a try and give an update.

Moving onto some foundations. Both are new products and had launched while I was here. I was so excited to get to try these ASAP, being in Japan we don’t really have access to new products. I’ve tried both and they are amazeballs!!!

The Juvias Place is one that took the makeup industry by storm. It’s so full coverage a small dot goes such a long way. Like holy cow! The price is the cherry on top, it’s only $20, like it can’t get any better than that!

The second foundation is the hello happy from benefit. This is not as thick or full coverage as the previous foundation but, it gives me the coverage I need and it gives me the glowy look I want. It’s perfect for this hot weather in Florida. I’ve been using this foundation the most since I got it and the packaging is the cutest.

This product is a powder foundation, I took the recommendation from one of my favorite YouTuber, Nicole Guerriero. She wasn’t playing with this one!!! If you don’t like to put in the time to blend out or you just simply don’t have time, this is the makeup forever powder for you! It’s like no other powder I’ve tried before. It’s blurring and the coverage is out of this world. It’s a definite favorite for me and will always be.

I also picked up another makeup forever product, one of my favorite blushes fell and broke into dust. Tragic! So I had to get another blush. This blush is so pretty and a little goes along way. Like I have to be careful or I’ll end up looking like a clown in these streets. For $25 you get the blush and refill pan. It can be swapped out for a bronzer or highlighter.

The last products are more skincare. The first product my sweet baby brother got for me along with another thing that I’ll share later in a different post. This glow oil makes me look like a have the skin of a goddess. My skin feels and looks so smooth and the smell screams summer times. Before I go home I need to buy another bottle I need to glow all year round.

Second product is a lip mask. It’s suppose to leave your lips smooth and reduce lines. I haven’t given it a 100% try but I did test it out for a few and for the amount of time it did make my lips smooth. I’ll give an update later on.

And lastly is a somewhat new product that’s hit the scene. It’s definitely new to me! My favorite youtuber Nicole Guerriero raves about this sunscreen. I have never been a person that protected myself from the sun but, the older I’m getting I would like to save my face from wrinkles and dark spots. Also, I hate putting sunscreen on, it smells gross, it’s feel so nasty on and it’s a total b*tch to take off but, this product allows you to protect from the sun and put on makeup on top of it. It’s sort of a oil consistency and at the same time hydrates your skin. It’s pretty amazing! You can find it in Sephora or on their website. For a while they were always sold out and this was the last one they had in store. So, I’m guessing it’s a great product. I’ll give it a try and give an update along with the other products.

Sakura Haul.

Hello Beautifuls! As, the cherry blossom begin to fall and the Sakura season comes to an end here in Japan, I’m kind of saddened by the thought that this will be my last Sakura season. As, our time here in Japan is almost coming to an end, I thought instead of being sad, why not share some cute pictures and all things Sakura.

My husband was sweet enough to hype me up and take some really cute cherry blossom pictures. I couldn’t stop laughing and telling him to stop. He really got into the photographer mode, it was freaking adorable. Take a look at these cute pictures my hubby took.

(My entire outfit, including heels are from Target.)

Besides the beautiful flowers that bloom, there are also seasonal Sakura drinks, one of my favorite ones I’ve had, has to be the prettiest and yummiest one yet! It’s from my favorite smoothie place near our house. It’s so aesthetically pleasing, I had a hard time drinking it.

Moving on to some goodies I bought at Daiso (Japanese dollar store on crack) haha, Starbucks, and MAC.

This place is seriously dangerous, it’s a good thing they don’t take cards or I’d be in serious trouble with the hubs. Just take a look at these cute things, you’ll see why it’s so hard to control myself and it’s all a dollar! They are the best at having cute stationary, so I couldn’t pass up some washi tape and stickers. The flower and dog are iron on patches for a dollar! Last thing is fake cherry blossoms, I used to make an arrangement.

If you ask my husband he’ll tell you have a mug/ tumbler hoarding problem, and he’s not wrong. So, knowing that and seeing this tumbler y’all can see it was a no brainer why I bought it. It’s pink, has cherry blossoms, and glitter. It can’t get any better than that.

Last two items I bought from MAC Cosmetics, it’s part of there Boom Boom Bloom collection. It is still available if you want to get some things from this beautiful collection. I had to have some self control so I just purchase two things. I really wanted the eye shadow pallet but, I have enough pallets so, it would’ve been wasteful. So, being the responsible makeup addict that I am, I just got a setting spray and a lipstick in the color Hi- Fructease Look how gorgeous the packaging is. Love!

Hope you enjoyed all things sakura and this little haul!

March Favorites!

Hello beautifuls! I can’t believe I’m telling y’all about my March Favorites already, time is sure flying by. I honestly don’t mind time flying by, cause the faster the months go, the faster I can go back home.

My first favorite is obviously my girls trip with my nugz. It was so much fun and it was a very much needed mini vacation. Full of cute outfits, shopping, and amazing places, I think I’m going to need a girls trip a lot more often.

On that trip I bought the cutest charm ever! I’ve been wearing my bracelet ever since I put the charm on it. I’m obsessed!

Moving on to the my next fav this month, is this new band and cover I got for my Apple Watch. Bought both things for $14 at target.

It wouldn’t be my monthly favorites if there wasn’t a little bit of makeup in the mix. The first product is a repurchase, I’ve had the Too Faced foundation before but, I took a break from it for a while. I have fallen in love with it again. Next, is a new item and probably my favorite thing to use in my makeup routine. This Too Faced Primer Powder, it’s like pure magic in a bottle. It smooths my face and makes my makeup look flawless. This is something I will purchase always. I don’t know what I was doing without this. Last item is a red Anastasia Beverly Hill liquid lipstick. I’m pretty obsessed with reds recently, I feel like a hot mama with a red lip. It’s never a bad thing to feel good.

In my Luxury haul I posted last month I talked about my Chanel Megan Hess book, it’s the perfect coffee table book so, I couldn’t help myself to buy another. The addition is the New York fashion illustration book. It has amazing illustrations, she is truly talented. I will for sure be buying more of these beautiful books.

Finally, my forever favorite candle from bath and body works was sent by my mom. The packaging is pink and it smells amazing. It couldn’t be anymore perfect. If you ever waltz into the store I high suggest you take a sniff at this yummy candle.

All Things Lux.

Hello Beautifuls and Happy Monday! May your coffee be strong and your Monday be short. Haha. I’m starting this amazing Monday with a little luxury haul and thought it would be cool to share some of my goodies with y’all. I don’t know about you but, Whether it be from the dollar store to luxury. I love me a good haul. So, let’s get on to the good stuff.

For the longest time, I’ve been playing it safe when it comes to makeup. What does that mean? It’s means all I would buy and feel comfortable in was nude or pinkish lipsticks. But, ever since Christmas time when I took the risk and tried a bold red lip, I’ve been hooked. So, it was inevitable that I would have to add a classic Chanel red lipstick to my collection. I’m obsessed with this, it’s moisturizing and bold. I love it! There’s a shade of red for every girl.

Following the Chanel love is this Megan Hess Fashion Book. Megan Hess has the most beautiful books on fashion. They are definitely something to add to either your library, coffee table, it’s just a beautiful addition to anything. I will for sure be buying more of these books. But for now I just have the Coco Chanel.

Moving on to a very heart breaking little haul. This was a bittersweet purchase, I just can’t believe such an iconic store is no longer around. I remember watching Sex and The City and seeing those iconic brown and white stripes or for more relatable reference, hearing the name on Gossip Girl. Okay, enough of the sadness on to the glorious stripes.

Ugh! Even the shipping boxes had the stripes. I was very happy that I was able to get a few things from Bendels before it closed. Of course, I had to get something that had the famous brown and white stripes, and since I’m obsessed with phones case and small wallets, I couldn’t help myself to get these two things from good ol Henri Bendels.

And finally, the last thing is of course another wallet and phone case. Haha. I know it’s addiction. So here’s my new Kate spade wallet with matching phone case. This is the coolest thing ever. The phone can attach to the wallet and not fall out. And being a mom, I sometimes don’t want to carry my handbag around so this is perfect for a quick trip to the grocery store or daiso. Haha.

100 Yen Store Haul & DIY’s

Hey there beautiful people! Today, I’m coming at y’all with a little haul and two diy’s from my favorite stores here in Japan. Daiso and Seria are the stores that have been taking all my coins, literally, since the 100 yen is a coin. I’m beyond obsessed with these places and I don’t know what I’m going to do when we go back stateside. The dollar store back home has nothing on these places. They have great items for diys, the cutest stationary, and not to mention the cutest Disney stuff, and it’s all for 100 yen (1.00 usd). These two places have come in clutch since I’ve been redoing my beauty room. I’ll do a post of my room once it is done.

My last trips I picked up some items for some diys and some random items, since I can’t control myself in those stores, the only downside is they only take yen, which I guess is a good thing because I would be in the hole. So, let’s get into this little haul. All these goodies cost me 2000 yen ($20.00), I mean come on this is a steal! Where else can you find a glass screen protector for $2.00? These were the only things that cost more than $1.00. I’m sure if you drop your phone it will break, but for $2.00 it does the job. On the topic of phones, I picked up this CUTE phone case, for a $1.00! I actually got two for backup. You know what they say, if you like something get multiples for backup. On the stationary side I got some heart paper clips and toy story sticky notes, I’m sure these would be more than $5.00 at Disney or the Disney store, I got them for $2.00. The black hook thing is a handbag holder for the car, it makes it so much easier to reach in to my to get my ID and helps keep my bag from getting dirty. It is something I never thought I needed. The last random item is the handheld fan, this was a crucial item, it is hot ass balls in Japan and I needed to not die of a heat stroke while I was outside. The rest of the items like the marble contact paper, stickers, wooden shelves, paint, and the lace place mat are for diys.

I’m currently obsessed with anything floral, whether it be dresses, floral arrangements and floral decorations. Even though I am obsessed with floral arrangements and decorations, I am not obsessed with spending $50 and up on them. I took it into. I took into my own hands to get what I wanted for way cheaper. You know we got be cute on a budget. The first project I used the little shelves and made a floral arrangement to hang up on my wall. I painted the shelf a blush pink and hot glued the fake flowers onto the shelf. This project cost me a total of $5.00, including the fake flowers. Tell me this isn’t something you can find at Target for $20.00. I absolutely love how it turned out.

The second floral project I made was a take on a pin I saw on Pinterest. This diy cost a little more due to not being able to find a embroidery hoop at the 100 yen store, I had to go to an actual craft store to find. The hoop was $10.00, but I’m sure it can be found on amazon for cheaper, I just didn’t have the patience to wait for it to come. I found the lace mat and flowers at daiso, the total for the project was $12.00. This too was east to accomplish, all I did was unscrew the hoop, lay the mat on top of the smaller hoop and tighten the hoops together. I then cut off the excess fabric around the hoop and finally, I hot glued the flowers onto the fabric and arranged the flowers to my liking. I think this came out amazing and it was super easy to make. What do y’all think?

I hope y’all enjoyed this little haul and these easy diys as much as I did. Thanks for reading.

Luxury Makeup Haul.

Hello, my beautiful people! I hope y’alls week is going great, we are half way done with the week. Woot Woot! Today, I’m coming at y’all with some bougie makeup products I bought when I was back home. I usually don’t splurge on makeup this much, but I couldn’t resist. I had to treat myself. I also treated my mom and and mother in law to a little Chanel lipstick. They are the best, so they deserve it.

Now, let’s get into these awesome products that in my opinion are worth the coins. The first products are the Charlotte Tilbury lipstick and blush. I am in love with the color of this lipstick, it’s the perfect muted brownish nude. I pair it with some gloss and it is stunning. Obsessed! The blush has got to be my go to blush, I haven’t touched any of my other blushes since I’ve gotten this one. You would think it would be a crazy color, but it’s not, it is sheer but buildable. I can’t get enough of it. Thankfully, Nordstrom’s delivers here so, I will be ordering these products again when I run out.

The next luxury products are from the one and only bougie brand, Chanel. I have been wanting to try out some products from this prestigious brand for a while. They sell Chanel here in Japan, but what they don’t sell is my shade. The Japanese women wear minimal makeup and have the most flawless skin. To have flawless skin, they cover up from the sun, so you can already guess what shade they are. So, I took advantage that I was back home to try out some products. There was one flop, which is why it’s not in the haul. That one flop was the foundation. It had too much of a pink undertone and my undertones are more natural. Even though the foundation was a miss, I did get some amazing products such as, the setting powder, foundation powder, bronzer, mascara, and a lipstick.

The only setting powder I would use was the Givenchy prisme setting powder. It was the only setting powder that didn’t give a flashback and didn’t look too powdery. With that being said, this Chanel setting powder has taken the cake. No flashback and it just melts into my skin. It’s amazing and for the size and how much product is has, it’s worth it. The foundation may not have worked out for me but, the foundation powder sure did. I sometimes don’t want to beat my face but, I sure don’t want to look like I just rolled out the bed, in some cases I do go out like that. Haha. So, for the days I don’t want to use foundation, I just use concealer and a powder foundation. This Chanel powder is so soft and buttery and the coverage is beautiful. It smells amazing and so luxurious, I just take a minute and smell it. I know, I’m a little weird.

Chanel has really taken over in my makeup routine, beside the setting powder being the only powder I use to set my face, the bronzer is the only bronzer I use. It doesn’t matter if I’m feeling a full beat face or just a little powder, I always use the Chanel bronzer. It’s the perfect bronzing shade, it’s so creamy for a powder bronzer , and there is no patchiness. It absolutely flawless, and again it smell amazing.

The last two products are the mascara and lipstick. Besides my tarte, lights, camera, lashes mascara, the Chanel mascara is the only mascara that makes my eyelashes look great without making them look clumpy and all spider leg like. Most mascaras I have tried always flake off and make my eye itch, this mascara wears very well for long periods of time. I honestly love all these products and will be repurchasing them again.

I hope you all enjoyed this haul. See y’all soon!
